How will we be recieving the keys to the apartment?

- At arrival to the address you will be met by the contactperson (swedish), who

  will show you in and demonstrate all the variouse equipment.

 

What is the voltage?

- 110V. A transformer 110V/220V is accessable.

 

Do we need to bring an adapter for the wall socket?

- Yes.



Are there any additionals on top of the rate?

- A deposit of US$100 is required at arrival as an insurance for the inventories

  in the apartment. Providing everything is ok, this will be reimbursed.

Do we sign anything?

- Upon arrival a temporary lease is set up.


What do we do if something is not working correctly?

- Call the contactperson....

 

Is there a supermarket nearby?

- In the building there is a small supermarket where you can find all basics.

  There are also larger ones just a few blocks away.

 

Do we have to clean the apartment upon check-out?

- Yes, the alternative is to pay US$15 for us to take care of that.

 

What type of stove is it?

- The stove is run by gas

 

Is there hot water?

- The shower has a gascontainer that quickly heat up the water.
