RATES & TERMS                                     

 Terms

- Minimum rental is 7 nights.

- Housekeeping/cleaning is not included. (If cleaning is required we can

   arrange that at 15US$).

- To guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 30% is required in advance, 50%

  during Christmas & New Year and Carneval periods. No refund for "no-snow".

- At check-in a rental agreement will be set up. 100US$ deposit is required as

  an insurance for the inventory of the apartment. The deposit will be

  reimbursed at check-out providing the apartment and inventory is not damaged.

 

 Please state at time of reservation:

- How many persons who will be staying in the apartment

- Type of configuration e.g. a couple, 2 men, 2 women, children age of XX

- Arrival day, time and if possible also flight number

- Departure day and time

- Name, adress and e-mail

 

 Rates in Brasilian Real:

Lowseason: 1/4 - 31/8, BRL 120/night

Highseason: 1/9 - 31/3, BRL 130/night

Christmas & New Year + Carneval: 10 day package BRL 2.200
